Digital Goods:
Due to the nature of digital goods, all purchases made on E-materials are non-refundable and non-exchangeable. Once a digital good has been downloaded, accessed, or streamed, it cannot be returned or exchanged. This includes, but is not limited to:
- E-books, audiobooks, and other downloadable content
- Software and applications
- Online courses and tutorials
- Music, movies, and TV shows
- Subscriptions and memberships
Exceptions:
In some limited circumstances, we may offer a refund at our sole discretion, such as:
- Technical issues: If you experience a technical issue that prevents you from accessing or using the digital good as intended, we may offer a refund or replacement. Please contact our customer support team to report the issue.
- Duplicate purchases: If you accidentally purchase the same digital good twice, we may offer a refund for the duplicate purchase.

Please provide your order number and a brief explanation of the reason for your request. We will review your request and respond within 3 business days and refunds will be credited in original payment method in 7-10 Working days.
